Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, service choice and message. These details are sent to our business mailbox so we can respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quote.

We use enquiry information to take steps you request before entering a contract, and to manage ordinary business correspondence where we have a legitimate interest. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to an ongoing marketing mailing list.

Website operation

Our hosting server may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details in security and access logs. The form uses a temporary, hashed IP-based rate limit to reduce repeated submissions. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. This site does not currently include advertising or analytics tracking.

Storage and access

Enquiries are handled through our hosting and email services. Access is limited to those who need it to operate the business. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work or record-keeping obligations, and review information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to relevant uses by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
