Know what you’re getting.
Before you sign up, we confirm storage, traffic allowances, backup frequency and retention, support arrangements, billing and cancellation terms in writing. Resource-heavy websites and online shops may require a different package.
Domains, paid software subscriptions and major repairs or development are separate. Included editing time applies to small updates, does not roll over and does not include new pages or features. Robson Webworks is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to these prices. Your quote confirms any separately agreed extras.
